Description
WEA is a Nationwide Voluntary Organisation committed to widening participation in Education by adults, especially those disadvantaged socially or educationally. In Herefordshire there is a general programme of classes organised by local voluntary committees and a community programme run by the county organiser, often working in partnership to meet local needs.
