Description

We are a Fly Fishing Club formed in 1983 with a fluctuating membership of approximately 180 members, including 22 juniors. Our object is to promote fly fishing and especially youngsters. We are open for membership to the general public from any walk of life. We also have a fly tying section and teach the art of fly tying for all ages, beginners and the more experienced. We have 3 fisheries situated not far from Hereford (Bromyard, Wellington and Wormelow). In addition we have a mile of the Upper R Wye fishing at Doldowlod for trout and grayling. We organise fishing outings to various famous fisheries and have friendly competitions fishing for trophies. Our monthly meetings are the second Monday of every month at the Three Counties Hotel, Belmont road. This is also for fly tying lessons. We also have lady members.
