Description
HCS offers support and information to family carers and young carers, eg. One to One support, Homevisits, Carer Groups, Short breaks scheme, Information pack ("Caring in Herefordshire"). Young Carer support - Clubs in school term time, holiday trips, Home visits and one to one support. Encouraging carers to have a voice in planning services.
