Finding Groups in Herefordshire and Worcestershire

Description

Acorns care for children who are life limited - that is unlikely to reach adulthood - and offer to their families. The service offered by Three Counties Hospice in Worcester is available to children and young people living in Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire. We offer respite, emergency and end-of-life care at our hospices and round the clock support at home through our community team. On average, every week one of the children we care for will die. Volunteers works in all ares at Acorns, we are seeking Volunteers to support our fundraising events in Hereford and rural Herefordshire. Acorns relies almost totally on the fundraising efforts of the local community, companies and societies.
