Description
SOW is a group which offers sports training and competitions in a variety of Olympic type sports and is for all children and adults with learning difficulties. We train on Thursdays at the Ryland Centre in Bromsgrove and at Droitwich for Swimming and Football training, monthly. Competitions are held throughout the year, normally weekends, at various locations across the country. There are also some International events which we may take part in.
