Encourage Activity offer a range of movement-based physical activity sessions to care and nursing home residents on a regular basis.
Through specialising in providing fun and engaging tasks to make you smile, we aim to increase mobility and to get you thinking.

Delivering a dedicated range of games and tasks of varying intensity, there’s something for all levels of skill and fitness. From Boccia to Balloon Volleyball, the activities are designed to support full physical movement where possible.

In addition to providing activity sessions to the care sector, Encourage Activity also work with individuals who want to set up their own weekly group in local town and village halls for their community.
