Family Intervention

The Foundation as  a Families' Intervention programmers of which  offers support for the Three Estate, Kings Norton and surrounding areas in Birmingham, families in need - especially where there is a risk of family breakdown.
effort focuses on:
Generally, support is offered to families for a 6 month period. However, if there is a greater level of need, this can be reviewed for an extension.
supplementary Support
The team also offers:
Families' parenting group for parents with children of primary school age
Individual support for children/young people Family workshop (offering family counseling/therapy) and one to one mentoring
Families' Intervention Team has close links with other agencies within the community, such as family centers CAFS, BVSC, NSPCC, The team also works alongside health and education services to make sure that families receive the support they need.
